Digital Product Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate delivery upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Once access credentials are delivered, refunds cannot be provided as the product has been fulfilled.

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as described
  • Issues that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above:

  1. Contact our support team through Discord within 24 hours of purchase
  2. Provide your order details and describe the issue you're experiencing
  3. Allow our team reasonable time to attempt to resolve the issue
  4. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Account bans or suspensions from third-party services
  • Changes of mind after access has been granted
  • Lack of technical knowledge or user error
  • Hardware incompatibility not disclosed during purchase
  • After the 24-hour request window has passed
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be issued in the equivalent USD value at the time of refund, not the original cryptocurrency amount.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting support first is considered fraudulent and will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action. Please contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
